Customers: Next, we have Personas, which are profiles of your target audience that can help you better understand their needs and preferences.
Products: Create Product/Service Profiles to gain a deeper understanding of your offerings and how they fit into your overall strategy.
Properties: Moving on to Channels/Properties and Tactics, this feature allows you to identify and track the various marketing activities you are utilizing to reach your target audience. This can include social media, email marketing, advertising, and more.
Marketing Mix: The Marketing Mix displays a kanban view of your Marketing Funnel and tactics for each to give you a target oversite of your marketing activities.
Targets & Insights: Last but not least, the Targets & Insights feature allows you to set specific targets and track your progress towards them. This can include metrics such as website traffic, conversions, and revenue.
