We’re thrilled to have you on board. MDC is designed to enhance your marketing strategy collaboration, boost productivity, and improve efficiency with insightful features.

Step 1: Set Up Your Account

Create Your Profile:

  • Log in with your credentials.

  • Navigate to 'Profile' to personalize your account.

  • Set your preferences to tailor MDC to your needs.

Step 2: Master Settings and Dashboard Overview

Look at Master Settings:

  • Access the Master Settings to control the overall dashboard experience for your team and clients.

  • Adjust any settings to personalize your dashboard to your brand and requirements.

Explore Your Dashboard:

  • Take a moment to familiarize yourself with your marketing dashboard, designed to assist in the progression of your marketing strategies for businesses.

  • Navigate through sections such as Brand, Customer Personas, and Add any Marketing Channels and Properties you currently use.

Collaboration Tools:

  • Familiarize yourself with the collaborative tools that will help you deliver on your strategy and communicate among your team. This includes:

    • Action Items

    • Marketing Calendar

    • Marketing Campaigns

    • Content Management

Step 3: Business Profiles and Features

Review Your First Business Profile:

  • Navigate to Settings > Businesses

  • Examine the features available within your first Business Profile.

  • This is where you'll set up new businesses and have the flexibility to turn features on and off based on your needs.

Explore your Team Structure and Invite Team Members:

  • Understand that MDC is organized around an overarching Team.

  • The Team Owner can invite Team Members, which may include both staff and/or clients.

  • Assign roles to each team member and link them to specific businesses where strategies will be developed.

  • Start inviting team members, likely your staff, who will assist in setting up and executing your strategies before bringing in clients.

Step 4: Leverage Our Support

Help Center:

  • Visit our Help Center for detailed articles and FAQs to guide you through using MDC effectively.

Contact Support:

  • Should you need further assistance, our support team is ready to help.

  • Reach out via chat, or email for prompt support.
