Subscription Plan in MDC
Managing your subscription plan in MDC is easy and convenient. All the information you need about your plan can be found under the Settings > Subscription tab.
Plan Details
Under the Subscription tab, you will find all the important details about your current subscription plan. This includes your plan name, cost per billing period, date commenced, and date of the next billing period. This information is useful for keeping track of your subscription and knowing when your next payment will be due.
Upgrade or Downgrade Your Plan
At any time, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan. This can be done easily under the Subscription tab. The cost for upgrading or downgrading your plan will be prorated, so you only pay for the time you have used on your current plan.
Plan Limits
The Plan Details section also provides information about your current plan limits for Team and Business settings. This includes the total number of users and businesses available for your plan. You can also see how much of your plan limits you have used so far.
Invoices
Under the Invoices section, you can view and download all your past invoices. This is useful for keeping track of your payment history and for record-keeping purposes.
Payment Processing
We use Stripe billing for our payment processing, which is a secure and PCI compliant payment platform. This ensures that your payment information is safe and protected. You will also be notified one week before your next billing cycle, giving you enough time to make any necessary changes to your subscription plan.
