The content menu allows you to create and manage content for your marketing strategy. Leveraging optional assistance from AI, you can ensure that your content remains relevant by easily integrating business personas, products, and brand details.
Key Features of the Content Menu
View Content
Navigate to the content menu to view a list of existing content or switch to a folder view for better organization.
Add New Content
Click 'Add' to create a new piece of content. This will prompt to to enter a name or the content before navigating you to the content editor, where you can add a prompt or selecting from a saved prompt to start using your AI Assistant to create targeted marketing content.
Using Prompt Templates
Prompt templates are either system generated or prompts that you've previously added and saved yourself that you can re-use to save re-typing.
To use a Prompt Template, click the lightening bolt icon.
Use Strategy Variables
What are Strategy Variables?
Strategy Variables are a powerful tool that allows you to take information from your Marketing Strategy and use it to better inform your AI Assistant. This means that you can provide your AI Assistant with relevant information about your Customers, Products, Brand Values, and more without having to type in details from scratch.
Why use Strategy Variables?
Strategy Variables are designed to save you time. Instead of manually inputting information into your AI Assistant, you can pull information from your Marketing Strategy. This not only saves you time, but it also ensures that your AI Assistant has accurate and up-to-date information.
How do Strategy Variables work?
To use Strategy Variables, you'll first need to have these sections in your Marketing Strategy filled out. Then simply click the '<...>' icon to select the variables you want to use. This will add a tag to your prompt that looks something like this {{Business}}
. These will be replaced with actual strategy details when you click 'Run'
Select a Brand Voice
Choose a brand voice defined in the brand dashboard, ensuring consistency in tone and style across all content.
Quick Tip: Brand voices can be created in your Brand Dashboard
Brainstorm with your AI Assistant
Utilize your AI assistant for brainstorming sessions, which has memory capabilities and can workshop ideas with you.
Tip: Your brainstorming sessions are private between you and your AI Assistant, meaning that other Team Members cannot see them.
Each brainstorming conversion is linked to a piece of content and can be accessed from that content. To get started with Brainstorming click the speech bubble Icon from your prompt window.
