Actions represent the tasks necessary to deliver your marketing strategy effectively with clients. These tasks might include creating content, setting up channels, or organizing design work. Managing these actions is great for ensuring that all components of your strategy are executed properly.

Organizing Actions

Action Management: To manage your actions, navigate to your 'actions' view within the platform.

View Options: Select your preferred view style—either 'list' or 'kanban' format—making it easier to visualize your tasks.

Status Tracking: Each action has a status that reflects its current progress. Default statuses may have been set up by your team owner or administrator, otherwise create custom statuses as needed to suit your workflow.

Managing Actions

Review Schedule: Set a review schedule for each action to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments

User Assignment: Assign specific actions to team members to ensure accountability and clear ownership of tasks.

Linking: You can link actions to 'campaigns' or 'activities', allowing for seamless integration and tracking of all related efforts.

Documents and Links: Add relevant links and documents to each action for easy access and context.

Time Tracking: Track time spent on each action, with team administrators or owners setting this feature up if it’s relevant to your processes.

Tip: Time Tracking is set for each business in the relevant Business Settings Page. Turn it on for the business then assign which team members have access to use this feature.

By effectively utilizing the actions feature, you can enhance collaboration, improve accountability, and ensure that all elements of your marketing strategy are delivered successfully and on time.
