Troubleshooting: Metric Not Showing from External Integration

This guide relates to when a metric from an external integration is not showing up in your dashboard. This can be frustrating, but there are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue.

Step 1: Check for an Information Icon

The first thing to do is to check if there is an Information icon next to the metric that is not showing. This icon signifies that the integration is not connected for this business. Please navigate to Settings > Businesses and select your business to set up this integration.

Step 2: Check the Time Filter

In some instances, metrics for the time period 'today' or for a time period greater than 60 days (e.g., Instagram Integrations) may not retrieve data due to limitations from the data provider. If you do not see any value displayed for the metric, this is often the case. Try changing the time period to a different range to see if the data appears.

If the metric still does not show up, there may be an issue with the integration itself. You can reach out to our support team for further assistance.
