How to Manage Your Marketing Setup in My Digital CMO

When you first create an account with My Digital CMO, default commonly used Marketing Channels, Funnel Stages, and Statuses will be set up for you to get started. However, we realize that many agencies and business types will have their own preferences when it comes to these core elements.

How Marketing Channels, Funnels, and Statuses Work in MDC

In My Digital CMO, there are three areas where you can manage these elements: team/account level, business level, and settings level.

Team/Account Level

At the team/account level, you can create channels, funnels, and statuses that are commonly used and set defaults so they are automatically inherited when creating new businesses in your workspace. This is aimed at reducing repetitive data entry and setup time.

Business Level

At the business level, you have the flexibility to add and remove channels, funnels, and statuses to suit each individual business type. This gives an added level of customization. We keep this at the settings level as often agencies will want to control this area when setting up an account.

How to Manage Your Marketing Setup at an Account Level

To manage your marketing setup in My Digital CMO, follow these steps:

  • Navigate to Settings > Master Settings
